4. Lead Generation Services

6. Intellectual Property

7. Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

Aeroshift's liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

• Client assumes responsibility for implementation decisions and outcomes
• Force majeure events excuse performance delays

9. Service Level Agreements

• Response to client inquiries within 24 hours during business days

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Payment of all outstanding fees upon termination

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
